Timber Lumber Stool / 2007

We love natural materials and know that it has both aesthetic quality and efficient structure. However, we do not use wood in its natural state because it does not suit our human world without being processed and its irregular texture removed. What a sad irony! When trees are stronger than humans and can endure in nature for over a thousand years.

The surface has absolutely real texture that contrasts with artificial white colour and human made structure on the bottom.
